Withdrawal fee: 0.5% of withdrawed amount.
Performance fee: 3% of gains harvested
All Vault fees are distributed this way:
40% to buy back $GOL and distribute it to $GOL holders via GOL Vault.
10% will be burned
25% for Treasury
